1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and session information across page loads, and enable analytics and advertising tools to recognize your browser.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
ModelNX uses three categories of cookies: • Strictly necessary cookies — authentication cookies that keep you signed in, and preference cookies that remember your language selection. The service cannot function without these. • Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how the site is used. • Advertising cookies — set by Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use ModelNX. Data collected: pages visited, session duration, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and interaction events. IP addresses are not stored by GA4. Purpose: measuring site performance, understanding which features are used, and improving the product experience. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
4. Advertising — Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Data collected: pages visited, actions taken on the site (such as completing registration or purchasing a subscription), browser information, and cookie identifiers that Meta may match to your Meta account if you have one. Purpose: measuring ad conversions, building advertising audiences, and showing more relevant ads. 5. Third-Party Payment Cookies
Payment processing is handled by iyzico (for both Turkish and international cards). iyzico may set its own cookies within its embedded payment form. We have no control over third-party cookies.
6. Managing Cookies & Opting Out
You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about the processing, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.
